As the one-year mark of his arrest approached, the Wall Street Journal published his Missing Articles: a void of information on the cover and across the paper where Evan's words should have been.
The Missing Articles prompted the United States Secretary of State, congressional leaders from both parties, and President Biden to stand together and demand Evan’s release.
